Course Methodology
This course extensively uses business cases through which participants
role-play real-life business situations. The majority of cases provide
recommended approaches. Self-assessments will also be used, and they are an
essential aspect of understanding one’s stance toward things. This will allow
the participants to develop action plans toward desired behaviors. Throughout
the course, participants will also get the opportunity to discuss the
importance of influencing and managing conflicts and coming up with positive
outcomes.
